Role Overview
We are seeking Senior IT Business Analyst – Oracle HCM with hands-on expertise across multiple HCM modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including emerging capabilities such as Redwood UX and Oracle AI Agents.
You will collaborate closely with clients to translate business needs into effective HCM solutions that enhance workforce performance, improve process efficiency, and support digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
- Core HR & Workforce Management: Global HR, Directory, Journeys, Self Service (MSS/ESS), Work Life.
- Talent & Compensation: Recruiting, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Learning Cloud.
- Absence & Benefits: Absence Management, Benefits Cloud, Time and Labor.
- Implement Redwood UX components and AI-driven features (guided journeys, skills recommendations, user insights).
- Configure approval workflows, role-based security, and user self-service processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth go-live and hypercare.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
- Partner with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Deliver user training, adoption support, and change management guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- 8+ years of overall experience in IT projects implementation, Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of at least three HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting).
- Experience configuring Journeys, Self-Service, and security roles.
- Working knowledge of Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and data migration.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and global project implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and guiding technical teams in solution delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Banking / Finance, Information Systems, or Engineering.
